Menu 1 // L'Apéritif Rustique


A light and informal menu for receptions, openings and afternoon events.


Spanish sardines in olive oil, buttered breadcrumbs, angelhair chili and lemon mayo
Small French snacks to share: Nyons olives, nut mix and homemade pickles
Salade Chèvre Chaud (Goat cheese salad) Goat cheese gratin on sourdough bread, green salad and French vinaigrette


Gourmet board: 2 good cheeses, sausage, pâté and duck rillette
Served with sourdough bread, sour / sweet and Nyons olives

Dessert (choose one) chocolate or mocha eclair, lemon tarte with meringue, apricot crème brûlée,tarte tartin (warm apple tart with crème fraiche) and French macarons.

All desserts can also be combined/shared for the large French cake table!

Organic French press coffee and various teas + avec and dessert wine are offered.
